    Position: Psychometrist / Testing Clerk

    Location: 701 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, MB

    Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Part-time or Full-time)

    Dr. Syras Derksen & Associates provides psychological assessment services to a diverse client population and is guided by our values of collaboration, hospitality, excellence, and respect.

    We are currently seeking experienced psychometrists / testing clerks (ideal for a school psychologist interested in part-time private practice work) to support psychoeducational and diagnostic assessment services for minors and adults (ADHD, ASD, learning disorders, and intellectual disabilities).

    This role involves test administration, scoring, and draft report writing (including summaries and recommendations) for the supervising psychologist. There are no initial consultations and no feedback sessions or communication of results to clients.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Administering and scoring standardized measures

    • Integrating relevant background and collateral information as appropriate

    • Preparing clear, comprehensive draft reports for psychologist review

    • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the practice management system

    Qualifications include strong documentation, writing, and time management skills, and prior assessment experience (psycho-diagnostic and/or cognitive).
